Mark Rosenbloom, MBA, MD, FACEP

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Rosenbloom is a board-certified emergency physician and founding author of PEPID, which began as a collection of his notes once entered into an early-model personal digital assistant.

Dr. Rosenbloom earned his MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 1978 and soon began his ascent in the corporate world, becoming executive vice president and information technology director of America’s third-largest newsstand publishing company. Dr. Rosenbloom left the corporate world in 1986 to earn his MD from the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University and then completed his residency in emergency medicine at the University of Illinois.

While in medical school, he won prestigious awards for research and biochemistry, and earned Academic Outstanding Achievement status in just two years. In addition to serving as PEPID’s CEO, Dr. Rosenbloom is founder and chairman of The Unicorn Children’s Foundation, a member of the Interdisciplinary Council on Developmental and Learning Disorders, and a fellow of both the American Academy of Emergency Medicine and the Royal Society of Medicine. Dr. Rosenbloom also served as a faculty member at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University for 15 years.

John C. Wagner

President

In more than 28 years in and out of the healthcare industry, Mr. Wagner has been involved in company start-ups as well as implementation of innovative programs, new business creation, and corporate and network development initiatives. He also has directed several innovative marketing, product/service positioning strategies as well as management turnarounds of several businesses. John brings a broad scope of experience to PEPID. The author of two books, Mr. Wagner has served as the CEO of American Retail Supply, the Vice President of National Media Corporation, the Senior Vice President of Vidcom Industries, and the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Times Mirror College Publishing. John has lectured on marketing and business topics to hundreds of successful clients. Having developed business campaigns in numerous industries, he has returned to his earlier passion for medical publishing. Most recently, following PEPID roles as Vice President of Business Development and Executive Vice President he was named President of PEPID, LLC.

W. Edward Reynolds

Chief Technology Officer

Edward Reynolds has held numerous high-profile positions throughout his career in technical assurance and support. He began his technical journey with the United States Air Force, moved on to become the manager of technical support and quality assurance at Intergraph Corporation, and more recently served as the vice president of technical support and services at Bentley Systems, a worldwide supplier of engineering software and IT solutions for large companies and governmental entities. Mr. Reynolds has been responsible for developing world-class technical service solutions for engineering and IT systems, helping to ensure that corporate and governmental systems run without interruption and that solutions are available on an immediate basis through 24-hour online technical training and support. As Chief Technology Officer for PEPID, Mr. Reynolds leads a team of talented software programmers, designers, and support professionals to ensure that PEPID users have the most up-to-date, user-friendly, and comprehensive medical data available and a superb customer-service experience.
